ESCALLArTÉ

ESCAllArTÉ was an experimental live documentary directed by Julio Duno that displayed the experiences of BIPOC students, staff, and faculty at Colorado College and the Colorado Springs community as they navigate a predominantly white and rich educational setting. This live documentary was told in four chapters, “Systems,” “Sex & Love,” “Queer Intersectionality,” and “Family & Community”. It featured live performances including aerial silks, burlesque, drag, dance, and spoken word.
